spekky,

My 'contact' informs me it's TAN's own drive system. Wasn't sure they had one. Will see what reply you get. If it is TAN's own, then obviously bodes well for them and it has to be onwards and upwards.

However, I am sure the long term potential for ADC is immense. They just need to tie up a few more deals to really get motoring, unless they get taken out by the likes of Enova.

We've had a good run of late on the back of limited newsflow. Old cliche' comes to mind that it can't keep going up in a straight line. Let it take a breather. The chart looks good too!...we are hitting a few resistance levels.
;o)

The Canadians are giving ADC a rough time today with a 10% drop at present, they dont seem to appreciate what a niche product they have,I have e-mailed Dan Jenkins (at TAN) to get some lowdown on which drive is in the Edison, hopefully they'll say both ADC and ENV are involved,I dont think that either one alone would satisfy the future demand.Someone mentioned Heathrow T5 in connection with more Jumbotugs (previously supp by Azure) so that may be another avenue for orders.

Perhaps Rothschild are about to earn their very large fee re a partnership/takeover?

We are certainly looking to be heading for a move into the mid 40's.

Thats pretty much my sentiments, the green bit is a nice motive but we really need to get away from oil.

Spekky

Just read that post on stockhouse.com

They are my sentiments too. lets face it the oil rich nations have held us to ransom for a long time. One day I think most vehlcles will be EV's or of a similar nature. Most other users such as heating etc have alternatives. 2 fingers to their oil in the future.

I'm wondering if a few folks have discovered something at the CV show or in general chit-chat before the show.Possibly ADC are part of another vehicle there.

I think this guy probably has a valid generic view as to why folks awareness of AZURE is periodically heightened.

Lets hope the CAN/US govts can get their heads out'the sand and do something positive to assist ADC/ENV etc.I know David Deacon thinks they should...

IT TAKES 22 MINUTES TO WATCH THAT BUT HE'S GOOD,V.GOOD.....(apologies if you've already seen it but new investors may not have)

So it finished 13% up,roughly in line with UK.Still expecting to find out some answers to the drivetrain question, hopefully press/visitors at the cv show may get a response from TAN stand.

Already hold TAN,seems to me that ADC are ahead of the game in terms of actual orders on the Purolator deal alone. Its not in competition with TAN,its a supplier to TAN but it is n't limited to CVs only.
Tan assembles the jigsaw,it doesn't make any of the bits of jigsaw. Its a symbiotic relationship, neither ADC,ENV,TAN will get anywhere (in the ev field) without each other.
EDIT....sorry,forgot to mention the very important battery suppliers.

It seems TAN have had a product under trial for a year which has now been accepted and led to firm orders. Can Azure say there product is superior or remotely competive with TAN? If It is then BUY now if not switch to TAN.

Fantastic, I called the bottom exactly right with that big trade clearing what i believed to be an overhang!! Im glad i topped up down there!!

Also bought it to the attention of the TAN mob.

Nice to blow ones own tumpet!! ;) Happy Days!!!

Should have bought TAN isntead of this craop for ECO vehicles.
however, we are consolidating around here so i am looking for a move back up!!!

Pomp Circumstance - 30 Mar'07 - 10:43 - 350 of 415 edit

That 190k 2 days back , could have been an overhang cleared given the jump up afterwards!!!

16% up on TSX now, will Toronto beat the London performance?

I think ADC could emulate tans performance over the last 6 months. Its the legislation forcing acceptance of these types of drive.

As I suspected, the Canadian advance is nothing to do with TAN but it is Purolator.
This poster seems to think Azure AND Enova have been chatting.

Nearly 9% up now on TSX,not sure if that is TAN effect cos it was up 6% on Friday, perhaps theres just increased awareness in Canada.

I can't buy into the theory that it'll be all Enova drives. After today you might expect ADC or ENV to at least claim something on their respective websites, but nothing from either,so,for the time being,or untill TAN say differently,I will assume both are involved or going to be involved.

Excellent day, many more like this to come i feel. The push for electric vehicles will provide steady interest in shares like TAN ADC and ennova.

As recently as 2/4/07 ENOVA put out......
- Tanfield, the World's largest Electric vehicle Manufacturer, has signed an
arrangement with Enova. where Enova will supply electric drive systems for
Tanfield's 3.5, 7.5 and 12Ton vehicles.

Note the word "arrangement" (not orders as such),note also 3.5 (faraday) and 7.5 and 12ton (newton) no mention of VAN.

Up 7% now on TSX with a full half day to go ............

Edit...Green Car Congress think its a 90kw Enova...(they are using the previous supply agreement and putting 2 and 2 together)......we'll see,its a big cake and ADC will get its slice.
