09/9/2012 11:43 | AZ is a very good long term hold Rob. Goldman has them at 440 and a buy. Stavros | stavros28
07/9/2012 23:52 | Rob - treat any AZEM trade as a new one - dont let what you have paid for them in the past affect your assessment goign forwards - each trade should be viewed on its merits - who knows, you may get 289 but is it better to buy at a low £3 and get the next step up? HH | hopeful holder
07/9/2012 15:25 | Could see that pressure forming in the price action over the last few days. Sure sign was Ex Divi never moved . | stavros28
07/9/2012 15:18 | I think I've missed the boat, will have to look for pastures new. At least my Barc has powered through the 200p (bought those in Jan '10 at 288p, another great investment) At least my AZEM were sold at a profit, just that it's £2500 less than if I sold today. Ho Hum | robertfaulkner
07/9/2012 15:14 | My only hope to buy back in below my sell price of 295p less 6p for lost div and stamp duty = 289p is to hope AZ does what it did in June '11, when it nearly got to 340p and then dropped until Sept '11. | robertfaulkner
07/9/2012 13:02 | they always said 2H12 was going to be firmer trading - im pleased with the rise - rob - hope you spent your monies wisely! HH | hopeful holder
07/9/2012 08:32 | Tested higher this morning still on the move. | stavros28
06/9/2012 09:27 | Rob this has changed its spots in the past few weeks it now has buying pressure to the upside. Ex Divi and still going up say no more. Stavros | stavros28
06/9/2012 08:17 | HH I stupidly sold all mine on 6th of Aug at 295p (since then they've been as high as 312 + the div) I've got a really low buy back, but if they hit 227p then something is really wrong so I shouldn't buy back(rock and hard place comes to mind) | robertfaulkner
05/9/2012 16:58 | 4 us cents Rob - dont spend it all at once | hopeful holder
05/9/2012 08:12 | is it 4 US cents around 2.5p div?(Not euro cents) | robertfaulkner
04/9/2012 18:21 | Is the drop today because of ex-div or is that tomorrow? | robertfaulkner
03/9/2012 08:14 | Is ex-div 5th Sept and around 4p? | robertfaulkner
31/8/2012 14:47 | Tech stocks in the States are doing well and a bit of a carry over on consideration of the results. | stavros28
31/8/2012 14:32 | like the divi - more pennies. Be interesting if we can keep the gains and as stav says, challenge the highs. HH | hopeful holder
31/8/2012 14:13 | Is the rns anything to do with rise? it was after 9 and said something about an AZEM non-exec joining another board | robertfaulkner
31/8/2012 11:35 | Rob Thought we had a bit of traction at £3 looking for new highs from AZ. | stavros28
31/8/2012 11:14 | Up 12p + 4% Missed it again, Ho Hum | robertfaulkner
29/8/2012 08:50 | Yes we have traction again this morning above the round number. | stavros28
28/8/2012 10:57 | Think we have some traction today. Wife just bought an Apple Pad wow set up for stock trading so easy love it ! Brings all the info in 1 place via Bloomberg app. | stavros28
27/8/2012 11:02 | I partly agree Rob - If a takeover target is a competitor, then margin erosion ir protected - if it is a current suppliuer, they can get the parts better priced and develop the technology the way they want it - Im thinking it will be complimentary a takeover and I think it will add more value to the share price - if aas you say, they dont pay top dollar. HH | hopeful holder
26/8/2012 20:50 | Interesting about acquisitions, only fly in the ointment is how they pay for them, if they want to pay down debt and if they can't buy with new shares then they will have to come to the shareholders for a rights issue??????????????? Not necessarily a bad thing but it will depend what they buy and what they pay, directors can get carried away with the price when it's not their money | robertfaulkner |
