AVON PROTECTION PLC

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 18 January 2023 an award over ordinary shares of GBP1 each in Avon Protection plc was granted under the Avon Rubber p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') to the Chief Executive Officer, as set out below:
