There we go! Now, AVM is in the "looking very tasty" zone.

Let's hope the overall uptrend holds though.

Mind you, could well dip below 100p in the short term. So I'm keeping some powder dry.

It's not up 600%. Sorry to be picky , but if it increased in value by six , it would be up 500%.

The market cap of this share is still overstated on ADVFN by 10 times. It's 24.25m not 242.5m

In my opinion, this is one of the best Gold stocks to trade this year. Up around 600% so far!

Avocet is insolvent look at the balance sheet. Even with substantially higher gold prices it has no hope of paying it's debts. The equity has no value.

What are traders looking at now? A pull back for a couple of weeks, or just a couple of days?

Avocet (AVM) Cashflow from ops was $7.3m last year. They paid $6.3m interest and $3m tax so -$2m loss. Gold price up $1167->$1366

So on 80Koz of production could make $22m Cash flow after tax/interest but debts $63m and mine life ending in approx 1 year. Where is value in equity?

Guinea is an interesting country to be operating in.

But I think the AGM today showed the reduction in costs quite nicely. Now with the rising pog, I hope for an exponential increase in margins.

Billionaire Investors Back A Gold Price Rally In 2016 - By Expert Panel | 14.06.2016

Gold has no upper limit on its price, and according to Harvard economist Kenneth Rogoff, speaking to the Financial Times recently, emerging economies might do well to shift all their U.S. dollar reserves to gold. Gold, he says, could be viewed as “an extremely low-risk asset” with average real returns comparable to very short-term debt.
