Result of Annual General Meeting and Change of Director

The Company announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed.

Following the conclusion of the AGM, as previously announced in the 2019 Annual Report, Graham Thornton, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has today retired and stood down from the Board.

Graham has served Avingtrans as a Non-Executive Director for 10 years and the Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future. We will miss his wise counsel.

The role of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee will be assumed by John Clarke.
