Well, it took longer than I thought it would. Let's wait for the pre-pack going to management now, although the most recent investor (Advanced Computer Software Group) might just take a load of new equity to save their existing investment, but still leave current shareholders with nothing.

I would actually invest here, but don't see how it is possible to make money in the current structure. I would guess that unless they find a couple of investors willing to put in £1m and take circa 75% of the business then they may be looking at administration. A pre-pack might work for current management, but won't help with securing new contracts with the NHS or abroad. I can't see any value for current shareholders.

AVIA have a history of suspending "Pending clarification.....", the latest update does not inspire confidence, hopefully not too many bought into the recent promotion. A cursory glance at the last set of numbers shows net liabilities on the Balance Sheet mmmm.....

I think AIM itself is doing nothing to help, they should be dropping the listing fee to 50k a year, I would be interested to know who owns Aim and how much profits they make, this is just the start of the carnage.

But everybody else does placings so why don't Avia do one at 4-5p I'm sure all holders would support it to get much cheaper stock ?

Remember AVIA had funding set up and in place before they came in last time at the last minute.

Sounds like a working capital shortfall rather than the end game being played out.

Wonder how much they need?

Couple of hundred £k or more?

Agree it is a bit like russian roulette with aim shares at the moment. I wouldn't wish suspension on any one as it is not a nice feeling. Been there with Och, Clp and Mbo so perhaps i should start investing in fine wine instead! lol

Suspension from trading of securities on AIM

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 1 March 2013, Avia has experienced continued ordering delays in the NHS which has resulted in a deferral of expected revenues. In addition the Company has experienced a delay in entering into an agreement to licence the Company's technology to a third party. This licence agreement was expected to be entered into by the end of June 2013. These factors will lead to a significant working capital shortfall and the directors now believe that without an immediate injection of further capital the Company will be unable to meet its current obligations. The Company has therefore requested the suspension of its shares from trading on AIM, pending clarification of its financial position.

The Directors believe that the positive case for its technology remains valid and are seeking the necessary capital to overcome the working capital shortfall. However, should the required capital not be found, it is likely that the Company, or its principal creditors, will seek the appointment of an administrator. Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.

So they have noticed they need funding.

Don't see a problem as long as ASW still supportive.

Licence agreement sounds interesting, they were obviously expecting immediate revenue from it.

Wonder how long this will drag on for.

"Pending clarification of the Company's financial position" are the dreaded words all shareholders fear, these were "promoted" recently so a bad call by the peeps in question, a little humility would not go amiss....

I agree...most on there are not responsible for the real P&D ops.....just a few organisers. But they do draw others into their web of lies and deceipt so easily when they promise so much.....seems like they get one decent winner every now and then which is just enough to keep the followers believing despite the horrible losses on so many others. Of course TI and M4US always make sure they buy and sell ahead of the others each times so they always make their 5% or 10%...and more if they get lucky.

I was holding CCIC when he turned up so I sold that as well at 8.3p, only 2 weeks ago, now 4.5p bid, he's turning out to be a good indicator so maybe I'm a little harsh to have a go at him, he is saving me a lot of hard earned money.
