Buy-back of own securities

The Company announces that on 9 September 2024, it bought back 150,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.031% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 228.3 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 228 pence, highest price per share 228.65 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled. 

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury	45,600,956
