AVEVA Group plc announces that on 6 July 2018 it was notified that on 6 July 2018 the following share option exercises and share sales took place:

James Kidd, Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Mr Kidd exercised options of 179 shares following the 2015 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 179 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Kidd exercised options of 243 shares following the 2016 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 243 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Kidd exercised options of 402 shares following the 2017 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 402 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Following this, Mr Kidd beneficially owns 21,191 ordinary shares and holds options over 118,762 ordinary shares.

David Ward, Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr Ward exercised options of 214 shares following the 2017 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and sold 101 shares in order to settle the National Insurance and Income Tax liability, with the remaining 113 shares held in his wife's name.

Following this, Mr Ward beneficially owns 2,194 ordinary shares and holds options over 67,399 ordinary shares.
