Navtej Garewal, PDMR

On 28 September 2017, Mr Garewal exercised options over 2,212 shares under the AVEVA Long Term Incentive Plan at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share, and 1,112 shares under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan 2015 at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share. He sold 1,455 shares at a price of GBP24.3790 per share in order to fund the exercise cost and the resulting tax and national insurance liabilities, and retained the remaining 1,869 ordinary shares.
