Mr Ward exercised options over 1,401 shares under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan 2015 at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share, and retained all 1,401 ordinary shares in his wife's name, settling the Income Tax and National Insurance and liabilities separately.
