Sharw, the valuation 3500 as a price for the remaining share are based on value today and the strong dollar which is why SE are making the move now. Any less would be daylight robbery and not justified or agreed by the shareholders. Would you accept less??

that was after the price had risen but they say "in response to press speculation".

I see that Schneider are capitalised at 73M Euros , about 7 times AVV. I cannot find the press release that they gave , only the AVV responses, the earliest of which was at 13.13
I wonder what time they made that announcement , how much the share price crept upwards ahead of it ?
