OUTCOME OF PROPOSED NOTE ISSUE

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company announces the outcome of its proposed note issue advised on the 7 November 2017. After consulting with the bookrunner the Company has decided to postpone this note issue. Notwithstanding significant overall potential demand, it was found that the proposed pricing did not match the Company's investment criteria. The Company would like to thank roadshow investors for their significant expressions of demand, analysis and feedback. The Company's may look to engage with roadshow investors at a later date and appreciates their ongoing support.
