Notice of dividend currency exchange rate - 2018 final dividend

On 13 March 2019, the Board announced a final dividend of 8.6 US cents per share for the year-ended 31 December 2018, which was subsequently approved by the shareholders of the Company on 23 May 2019.
As previously announced, shareholders had the option to elect to receive the dividend in pounds sterling by submitting their election to the Company's registrars by 24 May 2019. This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the 2018 final dividend for shareholders who have made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore receive their dividend in sterling is:
