Avanti Communications Group PLC (AIM: AVN), ("Avanti", the "Company") announces that the notice convening the general meeting of the Company on 25 April 2018 (the "General Meeting"), published on 9 April 2018, incorrectly reported the record date for shareholders to attend and vote at the General Meeting as 6.00 p.m. on 6 April 2018. The correct record date is 6.00 p.m. on 23 April 2018.
