I'll see you there Nobby ... judging by the lack of PI attendees at the last investor event it should be easy to spot each other. Three PIs last time!

Be good to see where the land lies when the dust settles with these institutional movements. I’d expect to see HL and Jarvis go to zero. The one thing I’d like to see an improvement on here is the quality of brokers to the company - they’re distinctly ‘lower tier’, being polite.

A Good Weekend to you 74tom

I appreciate your commentry on the trade situation as this gives a good insight into the suppression of the share and whether this could be due to wilful mm tactics or just supply and demand factors.

Interesting trading today, definitely still a seller about, pretty sure the 100k at 30.5 is a sell, as otherwise we would have been past 31.

Likewise, strong buying towards close but the ask was slowly decreasing - so I would expect another large sell to appear on Monday.

Either way, at least around 425k of buys into the overhang, and a nice move into the 30’s.

Good weekend to you all.

Yep fair chance of being tipped.

1000's of stocks out there so not a certainty.

74tom - ah ok, well one of the mm’s was very happy to tell me he had one or two insti sellers into him and that the market wasn’t trusting of the numbers etc etc. Very helpful he was.

Except he normally never gives anything away as to positioning. Ever.

@Bumpa, you made passing reference to something but didn’t post the exact info - what did they say?

At some point you’d expect the repositioning to conclude, if indeed it hasn’t already. Then things could get interesting, even with the markets the way they currently are. Further contract news would be great of course, but the LG Chem deal should be enough for a re rate really. Let’s see where the next few weeks takes us.

Very good point @Bumpa, just over 23m shares in freefloat if the percentages stay the same.

As I said earlier this week, if we get more positive contract news it could really fly, as the overhang is gone/largely gone & “musical chairs” between large holders have concluded.

from the last Bloomberg Shareholder list I had, the stock was 78.51% held - top 19 holders.

Clearly there has been some ‘musical chairs’ in holdings since then and I’m guessing still some TR1’s to come, but assuming that overall this percentage of insti/notifiable holders stays roughly consistent, that’s not much of a free float out there for everyone else...

A rule in a potential bear market of 2019 which will yield nothing.

You need to weigh up current market conditions and play them.

Disagree that it depends on the markets, unless we have an armageddon event. With a 33m Mcap if the positive news flow continues in 2019 the current share price will increase considerably.

Trading is fine but it’s such behaviour that has held the current share price below 33p since the LG deal, as every time we get momentum a rash of 10% profit taking occurs.

The simplest rule that allows the price to rise and derisks fully it to sell half when the price doubles, leaving a free carry on the remainder.
