Irrespective of what we all believe, we know three facts:

1. The reds are buys
2. The deal is worth up to $180M (£141M) in upfront payments
3. The market cap is sat at 30M

Should be a 5 bagger to get it to £140M

Invest in facts not fantasy. As I say this is going to rocket as the day progresses

MMs have got it deadlocked and not letting it fall or rise. They will accumulate first before letting it go.

Agreed. But deal does look impressive imo. It is UP TO 18O Mil dollars. Plus more later. Which is still a lot more than mcap now after the rise?
