Obviously this is a big blow but I think on the whole that this is a decent company but that the directors tend to take too gloomy a view of prospects always talking about tough trading environment when in fact there never will be an easy trading environment for this type of business.

Todays rns coupled with the warning in the intereims suggests to me that the 25% mark down today is not excessive - Anyone who follows closely got any feeling about current trading and management ?

Been creeping back up of late. Beleive KBC have these down for a recovery back to 125p level of the initial IPO.

Another 10% fall today on a volume of just over 100K shares traded with Buys/Sells fairly even. This has now dropped by 20% in just over 2 weeks.

This puts the company on a prospective PE of just under 7 for the current year which seems very cheap. Just shows what negative sentiment can do. Worth watching since these will bounce in due course.

Another 6.5% move down this morning on the back of some 40 odd small PI sells (averaging less than 1000 shares per transaction) but an overall low volume - less than 40K up to 9.15am.

Looks like the MMs are trying to find a new price level that will attract some buyers.

edit: Now down nearly 10% - at 10.45am - on just over 60k share sales.

They have been saying 'tough trading' all along. In their business margins are going to be low but they sem to be able to expand despite 'tough trading'

Ooops - a somewhat unexpected profit warning in this mornings trading update.
MMs have immediately marked this down 6p although there have been a series of small buy trades first thing at around 123.9p so at this point some people see this as an opportunity to top up at a lower price.

The only thing that bothers me is the comment that Directors expect the 'tough trading environment' to continue during 2007 !
