Issue of Shares
The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 18 January 2019 42,769 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of GBP 1.9664 per share.
Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 55,993,875 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 55,993,875.
The above figure 55,993,875 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
