A good deal for both companies. I hold both which were both very undervalued if SLE rise so will AUL. Overall good news I will definately hold the combined share for the medium term.

sle made a good deal. shares in sle go up. aul follows. lets hope.

Soros made good use of his hedge friends. And they got good return. Another long term investors story to consider.

The way i see it
Good deal for sle
Sle share price to rise on this
Aurelian shares to be worth 1.3 sle shares
So any significnt rise vg for aul holders
What matters now is how well this looks for sle

Guys,im not sure how you feel about the merger, but as a SLE holder, i think its a good match. (financially i think sle got the better deal) Hopefully with the assets SLE/Aul have it will be a profitable venture for all of us.

SLE are twice the size of AUL so there may be some substance to the rumours on iii,JC you may see your 18p sooner than you thought

Yep quite a few buy orders showed up in auction and only 80k left at 11.25 on l2 other than mm's.

Lets say at 11p there is a 30% chance (is that real enough?)of them doubling -
Max downside of 8p cash if absolutely nothing happens - 70% chance
That's an average weighted price of 12p.

You'd definitely take a small position on that basis at 11p.

2.Has he not noticed directors bought at prices well above today's levels.They're well underwater.Hardly slick operators.
