How can this not be suspended, my interest was in one of their products which I know has been put on hold. When I know the outcome of this company and that product I will invest.

I feel really sorry for any holder and I would take action if I was a shareholder!

I will say I was surprised when I called the company I got my call answered.

According to their press releases, very much so.
Will anyone fund the bridging loan needed - I'm not sure.

As a simple calculation (no need to bother with figures) the company market cap is worth 2 million so it is lower than a fire sale price surely?

Thanks a44. They're cutting it fine then!

Given the work planned etc. and core costs, how much do you reckon they'd need to get to a position from which they could outlicense/ sell something?

At current cash burn levels on average they should last until July. But and the big but has to be extra MA fees that would not historically be in those figures.

Last statement did suggest they were chatting to investors for a bridging loan, but as some of the largest longer term holders have sold out it doesn't bode well.

How much cash do they have left?

& have they said anything regarding getting more?

I suspect going bust is already in the price. I did highlight on two occasions I was not happy with this share. I wish I had followed my instinct and shorted it!

Hope you took my last advice when I advised not buying back in?

I can not believe they have not been made to make an announcement.

now I wonder if its a good time to pick up a few again as the bounce seems to indicate it could do the same again if it closes at this level..

Well I guess the market has the same though as me that a cash strapped company that has stopped research and has issues with a key product doesn't have a strong negotiation position in any sale process.

If you were looking to buy the company why not let it go to the wall then pick it up on the cheap.

I did warn I have seen this many times before classic pump and dump as I noted on 27/03/08. The only hope for holders is that they are after some cheap shares before announcing a deal, but I remain sceptical of this being true.

Be lucky to all those that bought but at the moment after today's RNS news I am glad I sat on the side.

Looks like a race to fund or firesale imho.

For once I know my brokers have this one correct (Only because I checked against another). UBS have reduced their holding by 64K. Not really significant either way I would guess.

Also had a look at Self Trade seemed OK but as far as I can see don't offer level 2 or trade on AUD market?
