Issue of Shares Pursuant to Tranche 2 of Private Placement

Aura wishes to inform the market that following the general meeting of shareholders on 12 June 2018 and the approval by shareholders of the resolutions put to the meeting in relation to the Private Placement, which was previously announced on 28 March 2018, the Company has issued Tranche 2 of the shares under the Private Placement as well as options over ordinary shares to subscribers to both Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of the Private Placement.

The ordinary shares of the Company have no par value and the Tranche 2 shares were issued at 1.9 Australian cents per share. The shares issued in lieu of commission payable on the Private Placement were issued at the same price.

The Company had previously issued, in two stages, 113,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 5 April 2018 and 16 April 2018 at 1.9 Australian cents.

The total number of ordinary shares on issue following the issue of the above shares will be 1,069,390,795 ordinary shares and this figure may be used by shareholders, from the appropriate time, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Number of unlisted options over ordinary shares to be issued on 15 June 2018

The unlisted options over ordinary shares granted to subscribers of Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of the Private Placement are to be issued on 15 June 2018. Under the terms and conditions of the Private Placement, the Company granted 96,815,790 options over ordinary shares at 3.3 Australian cents per option with an expiry date at 30 September 2019.

A further 9,920,354 options over ordinary shares will be issued to equity raising advisors on the same terms and conditions as those offered to Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 subscribers to the Private Placement
