26/10/2015 14:17 | The comments from the posters on The LSE ACE bulletin board are most informative and encouraging to us "newbies", particularly from the bulletin board stalwarts. | mrjinx
25/10/2015 21:04 | Trickle buy is the key here and yes any good News and Touch paper lit! | karmastuartra
25/10/2015 20:58 | Eagle-eyed investors will have noticed Thurs 22 Oct 2015 was a *record* day for ACE trading volumes. Over 3 times more volume traded than the prior record daily high in all previous years. The shares rose over +50% on the day. It is clear that any whiff of good news here and ACE will go bonkers. There is a large pool of investors watching on the sidelines... | skier100
23/10/2015 10:14 | If tw and his cronies are involved,do the opposite to them, amateurs the lot of em! | karmastuartra
23/10/2015 07:09 | You are right Quinan. Lots of issues with AIM. It needs much stronger regulation. We really shouldn't have to worry about opinions causing sudden spikes/losses. But even more importantly, we shouldn't have to worry about companies suddenly disappearing. The answer is independent auditors specified by the LSE to ensure we can trust company accounts. That would be a good start anyway. | andysand
22/10/2015 16:32 | Again we are at the mercy of AIM too many peeps bashing stocks to buy in too many ramping stocks to sell out. The company had to issue this RNS but clearly states that its just rumors. Separately, the Company notes that there have been several other rumours about the Company in the recent weeks, including one where the Company was going to be delisted from AIM. The Company wishes to confirm that it has no such delisting plans. | quinan
22/10/2015 16:16 | If no market maker involved it naturally would delist. At the moment they have MM's. Market Maker must file a Form 211. | johndee
22/10/2015 16:10 | Pretty sure that delisting would require 75% shareholder approval? | boffster
22/10/2015 15:45 | As far as a delisting goes, it has little to do with what the company is planning. It has everything to do with what their NOMAD may be planning. As we have seen before many times, it is the resignation of the nomad which causes the delisting. The company don't get a choice. Auhua, get that audit done! | andysand
22/10/2015 15:35 | Nobody would like TW proved wrong more than me. But the company can do this ANY time. Yet they don't. An independent audit of the accounts would send the share price up 1000% if they are clean. Surely that's worth paying a good auditor for? But if they are NOT clean, there would be catastrophe for them. Wouldn't you get an audit done if you were CEO and your share price was this low? I would! So why don't they just do it? | andysand
22/10/2015 15:31 | Something has to be done about TW. He has caused so much confusion and he is not the sort to make any apologies for his errors. Instead he refuses to back down. | johndee
22/10/2015 15:24 | Even the directors don't believe the share price is low. They imagine it is still overvalued even though it was around 5 pence not long ago. | johndee
22/10/2015 15:23 | No delisting so a move up is on the cads | quinan
22/10/2015 15:19 | RNS! Pump over.Seen it many times before. Same crowd converges on a stock, egging each other on, then all run for hills once pump runs out of steam. | 1ravls
22/10/2015 14:09 | Does seem a bit odd with all these forum posts flying about, that no ones buying it ? | citytrader007
22/10/2015 12:42 | There IS no revenue. That's the whole problem. Those figures are all based on revenue. What there is, is a stack of unpaid invoices. So no cash....please post balanced figures.Receivables are over 100% of revenues! | andysand |
