Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that, on 16 December, Michael Tobin OBE, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,658 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 425.85 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 714,859 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
