Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, announces that Michael Tobin OBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 1,176,470 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.69 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Michael Tobin holds 1,176,470 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
