Chart shaping up nicely. A nice VCP on the chart with a third Higher Low established since the initial pullback mid-Feb.

The anticipation of Q1 results likely to drive a breakout beyond that resistance level around 275p imo.

8 sessions and counting - bring on the blockbuster numbers :-)

GBP 3 is peanuts. It only represents 75pc of forecast revenue. GBP4 is the lowest reasonable price being a full year's income.

Shares are likely to hit £3 before the Q1 trading update.

Far too cheap.

BOOM 247.50p ( 245 v 250p )

Needs to break 250p to go positive on the chart, but already looking forward to that today. The last updates are very bullish for the company and the Q1 is due on the 15 April and the downloads are getting record numbers already.

On Thursday i bought 5,000 shares at £2.41.

Considering 2024 will be record year , shares are very cheap compared to two years ago when they traded over £20.

If they don't rise and stay at these prices this undervalued company will be bought out at a significant premium.

BOOM will do well regardless. But Amazon, Spotify Google will tempt shows with huge upfront payment if that show consistently ranked within the top 10 by downloads/users.
They can't do this however while the show is under contract to BOOM. Secondly there are plenty of shows that are still looking to build audience and expand their distribution and these will find BOOM more suited to them than well established shows that are in the top 10 of the pod cast chart, ( As can be seen in the podcast ranker, all the top 16 podcasts are with the big boys with deep pockets.)
Most of our top shows have at least 18month of contract still to go, so no issue with regards to luring them away for now. New entrants to the podcast field will most likely prefer BOOM as the company also provide advise on podcasting as well as development services.

Huge stored up value in Boom waiting for the market to price this properly. The six new programmes is a huge boost indicating that podcasters are finding Boom have a unique business which will maximise their revenue from shows. Who was it who said Amazon or Apple could just come along and tempt shows away. Couldn't have been more wrong.

Strong finish yesterday bodes well when the markets open again on Tuesday.

Share price will continue to rise ahead of Q1 TU which will no doubt be very strong.

As already mentioned above the previous highest Q1 revenue was in 2022 when they achieved $19.5m.

All the signs are that the company is on course to exceed those numbers.

Keep an eye on their Showcase revenue which jumped sharply in 2023.

Showcase revenue increased over 35% in 2023 and contributed in excess of 23% of total Group revenue. This is likely have increased even further in the Q1 due to the company's new partnerships launched during last years Q3 with DAX US, Amazon Ads, Bold Collective and Antipodes.

Cavendish not this morning. AUDIOBOOM GROUP (BOOM): CORP Six new top tier podcast partnerships, forecasts reiterated Audioboom has announced six new exclusive partnerships with top tier podcasts, which are expected to add over 4m downloads per month to the 110m per month in Q4 23. The six new podcasts (Pretty X Unfiltered, BDA with Katherine Schwarzenegger, Soder, Omnibus, Do We Know Them?, and George Conway Explains It All To Sarah Longwell) selected Audioboom's differentiated platform due to factors such as its full suite of capabilities, which includes inventory creation tool AdRip, the automated advertising marketplace Showcase, and the November launch of Advet. After an increase in the platform's ranking to fourth in the February Triton Digital podcast rankers, supported by the November win of four top-tier podcasts, the new podcasts will continue to drive download and market share growth across the US and international markets. Today's announcement will also enable the platform to target new operational records, after the record global audience reach of 38.6m unique global listeners in January, and a record 1bn ad impressions created in October. In the coming months, we expect management will continue to focus on winning and renewing podcasts on attractive terms, such as the extension of key partnerships with five top-tier podcasts in March. Combined with strong early progress for the newly launched brand advertising unit, which is in early-stage commercial partnerships with 8 of the 15 largest US ad agencies, we expect Audioboom will be excellently positioned to capitalise on more positive ad market sentiment through FY24. At this point, we reiterate our FY24E forecasts, and crucially note that our FY24E revenue growth of +21% does not include an improvement in ad pricing beyond Q4 23 levels. Any improvement in the macro environment will then drive upside to our revenue forecasts, which will gear strongly to adjusted EBITDA and cash. We reiterate our target price, and look forward to Audioboom capitalising on its strong foundation through robust operating and financial momentum at the Q1 update in April, the renewal of key podcasts on attractive terms, and new podcast wins.

Agree with Youtube, that's an absolute no brainer. Some geeks make millions just chatting rap whilst playing fortnite etc, the kids love it!

Would like to see a beat and move into profit, still see this as a major takeover target. nai, dyor.

The company's highest Q1 revenue was in 2022 when it achieved $19.5m and their highest ever quarterly revenue was $21m also in 2022 Q2.

With so much positive news announced so far in 2024 , i would not be a surprise at all to see their revenue for Q1 to be higher than $19.5m.

06 March 2024...

"...Crime Weekly is a hit video podcast with millions of views on YouTube during 2023 - Audioboom will provide advertising sales across the video production, extending the Company's focus on YouTube monetisation."

28 March 2024...

"...Soder is a podcast from comedian, and star of the hit TV show Billions, Dan Soder. Alongside the audio podcast, Audioboom will monetise the video version of the show as part of its focus on building YouTube podcast services."

Moving more into Youtube is hugely positive imo. That's where the big money is and could hugely increase BOOM revenues in the future.

Now that we know that the company will release Q1 trading update on 15/04/2024 but whats very interesting is they will also provide a live presentation for this trading update.

This could only mean that Q1 must have been exceptionally good.

Very much looking forward.

The company has already stated that 2024 will be record year and there is a very strong chance that Q1 has performed ahead of their expectations.

17 April 2023 ‘key strategic partnership and expands creator network’ – “...each month by 34 million unique listeners around the world”.

28 March 2024 - “...it now reaches more than 38 million unique listeners each month”

38 million is a lot of folk.
