It doesn't show on the list of companies below the search box, which I assume are all fully live, you have to press return.

News of AAA being listed on NASDAQ. Could you post the link. There is no new release by AAA. I would have thought an RNS would have been made. Nor any comments on the board.

Well if they have made the move to Nasdaq rather than another European exchange then that makes it more interesting. Doesn't make the valuation part any clearer but will answer the exit side of the equation. 1 question answered 2 to go. Bagpuss

I hold boom and Aaa and have done before this saga started..As for the listing who knows? But I suspect that was was Boom were referring to in there wording today..Aaa is such a incestuous share with various companies entwined.

Why the subtle dig - self proclaimed know it all ps's who can't get their facts right? No - just someone who shares a different opinion. You state 'Boom would flourish being private' as a fact - when it is nothing more than a different opinion. Most VC's who take Companies private do so with the aim of re-floating them to release their own equity down the road. As for the Takeover code, no national interest issues, no dominant market issues - simply one company purchasing another. Ultimately, what either of us think won't make any difference to what happens here but based on the facts as we know them, I don't want to hold AAA shares. Some people agree with me, you disagree. That's fine with me.

Wooty01 What a few PI's on a bulletin board think isn't going to effect a company going private if it's majority shareholders want it to nor is being on AIM going to stop an American, or any other Company, buying a firm it thinks is going to make it money. As for AAA lets see what exchange they end up relisting on, if they actually manage to, so that we can see whether anyone believes that the price the recent raise was done at was anything other than the directors trying to big up their Company. I agree with MCHand let the financials do the talking and as this goes on the free float is going to start to reduce and it could get messy Bagpuss

Mdc I didn't say I was so convinced by AAA. What I am convinced about is two things. Boom would flourish being private. It won't go private itself as investors with your views would block it. So AAA is the next best option. The true value of Boom would then be reflected in AAA financials and hence in the price of AAA shares. Secondly Boom may even be sold on by AAA. As I've said many times a US media company would love to have Boom but there's no way they are going to waste time with the UK takeover code and a myriad of self proclaimed know it all pi's who can't get their facts right. The only companies acquired over the past 2 years have been private podcast and associated groups.

Wooty if your so convinced by AAA why not wait until they relist (wherever that is) and buy shares directly in them? The share price action today is simply people getting bored / moving on but the underlying fundamentals of BOOM are highly supportive of the share price Your simply focusing on random noise which is not the basis for making an investment. I've very happy for AAA offer to lapse and let Boom's financials to the talking. Growing turnover in a high growth market with improving margins, is not a bad investment scenario for LT capital growth. And as for aim being a casino, you learn to ignore the hype and implement stop losses. I'm not sure where else your money could have gone up approx 500% in 12 months.

I don't know how you can say that....the market will ever value the comp on a fair basis'. I think everybody and his dog use Audioboom and as its gets more valuable why shouldn't it's share price?

As I posted - AAA are not going away and thank goodness the Boom directors are listening to the proposition, which they have to in order to understand whether the indicative offer is reasonable and fair value. I wonder why AAA made this bid so early if they have substantial aspects still to sort out as events rather than ideas. Assume these are a new public quote ( USA), completion of Sentiance acquisition and issue of new shares at 80p. All big steps which AAA have already stated are the cornerstones of the terms of the offer for Boom. Those who post here and don't want the offer to succeed should look very carefully at what has happened to the price of Boom. The market will never value the company on a fair basis, even if revenues and positive earnings continue their strong upWard trend.
