So where is the rationale for 10986 share buy at 314.8 being largest deal of the day ?

No brainer that MM moving market as ask which they've pulled back 5p when demand was there at 320 and 325p. Been out all day and just looking at trading day.

It will be 11 weeks tomorrow since Tobin last bought so almost 3 months.Full ask of 325 for small amounts of shares currently.

It was £12.50 for full takeover. Tobin not bought now for a couple of months.

The TR1 only says gone below 3%, doesn't mean that Bonnier has sold out completely, or intends to do so.

Wonder how long Bonnier has been selling for. Whether it's been a steady drip of shares onto the market or if they've been sold as a large block. Guess we will find out soon if it's the latter.

Yes as I understood it Bonnier pledged his 7% holding in BOOM to the Singapore institution as security for some business venture in his spat with Candy, without telling anyone, is that right? All murky shenanigans, I don't think anyone except Bonnier really knew what was going on. I wasn't a Boom shareholder at the time.

I think from memory AAA made an offer two years or thereabout to aquire boom offering around £8.
Robert Bonnier took out a loan of around million pound from AAA so the transfer would explain that. The Singapore transaction is again linked to RB.
Could AAA be thinking to make an offer again.

Global controlled by Tabor family. Also Luxembourg based so good connection. Reported wealth of GBP 650m

So ELIOT AND LUTHER have sold just short of 7.5% of the company, I wonder who has picked them up:
Eliot and Luther (Singapore) Pte Ltd had previously received powers of
attorneys to vote 1,221,129 Audioboom Group plc shares from multiple
holders. As of 08 January 2024, the powers of attorneys have been terminated
and Eliot and Luther (Singapore) Pte Ltd no longer hold any powers of
attorneys.

Bonniers exiting is a positive & likely that Candy will stay for the end game-or certainly a higher exit than 300p.A positive trading update any day soon will hopefully see a further strong recovery in our lowly SP

Looks a bit odd to me, AAA only has one investment thus far and their website is not that great! Maybe they are building a stake in BOOM?
