Another acquisition on the AIM market today. SMRT at a 144% premium and they are loss making. Surely just a matter of time here.47 days now since Tobin last bought.

From the charts imo 400p target over the coming 4 to 6 weeks. Could go higher depending on news due in mid January. Way too cheap today.

Upping the bid.
The final push to smash through 225 today? That resistance has been tested 4 or 5 now it’s only a matter of time before it cracks wide open.

Over 225 to sell in volume. This pops today.

I like to see the chart play out as predicated, it gives me more incentive to add to holding on pullbacks. Averaging up always better than averaging down - means you’re winning :-)

But you’re right. This is a solid hold for 2024. Sentiment has turned on AIM imo, far more bullish signals on the chart having bottomed out a few weeks ago and BOOM will benefit hugely over the coming months as positive news flow is released.

£2, £3, £4, £5 will all be short-lived once momentum grips.

That's about right amelio. The big numbers are important but on the way up 250 and 275 will be markers. However we are talking chicken sh2t here. Getting a bit positive about these upward moves should never have been a possibility. The price has been trashed by traders over the past 12 months and I sincerely hope that they are in a parlous position that when it gets back to 6 or 7 quid they will be financially hurting.

First target 275p but I see momentum carrying that to the big round number of £3

Pinged perfectly off the 20dma - now it makes a move towards the 200dma. Take that out and settle above over the next few sessions filling the gap.
It’s odds on imo.

Q4 results should be in mid Jan so barely 4 weeks away. Hopefully plenty of people listening to podcasts on trains and planes home for Xmas :-)

Perhaps some need Q4 numbers to buy-in to the recovery play here but I still have the feeling that the next few weeks sees that gap close as volume pick-ups in anticipation of results. AT LEAST $19m revenue. Wonder if they have $20m+ up their sleeve?

Surprised there's not more interest here if I'm honest but I reckon that'll change once we get an RNS confirming Q4 revenue and positive cashflow. That will cement the turnaround. On the 16th Oct, they were saying they expect at least $19 in Q4, that was only 16 days in, so I'm thinking minimum $20m but imagine if it's closer to the $25M mark.

The Sunday Times today has an article on advertising spend as it moves towards streaming away from terrestrial. Podcasting is going to benefit big time.

Market cap was around £300M when Sky reported that Amazon and Spotify were mulling bids for Audioboom. Annual revenues at the time had just been reported as $60M for 2021.hTTps://news.sky.com/story/amazon-and-spotify-mull-bids-for-london-listed-podcaster-audioboom-12541467We have recently been told:Strong start to Q4 2023 with anticipated revenue of at least US$19 million, the Company's highest revenue quarter since Q2 2022 and representing a return to year-on-year growth on a quarterly basis.Going into 2024, they are expecting RECORD annual revenues and a move to STRONG adjusted EBITDA positivity:"The Company anticipates record revenue in 2024, with operational improvements (including the significant reduction in minimum guarantee obligations) delivering a return to strong adjusted EBITDA positivity."So revenue in 2024 likely to be $80M+ as a minimum imo...And the market cap now is just £36M, which is just 12% of £300M when the above Sky news came out.I'm expecting the AIM market to bounce back strongly in 2024 and think Audioboom will be one of the big winners.

Very sound. They've maintained the same rationale as finnCap which is a very good sign.
