Following completion of the Acquisition, the objective of the Company will be to operate the acquired business and implement an operating strategy with a view to generating value for its Shareholders through operational improvements as well as potentially through additional complementary acquisitions following the Acquisition. Following the Acquisition, the Company intends to seek re-admission of the enlarged group to listing on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange or admission to another stock exchange.

Thanks to the pump n dumpers who brought my notice to this company yesterday. I am going to be very happy to be a long term investor here for the following reasons.
1. The quality of the board of directors.
2. The ambition of the board of directors.
3. A brand new company with no debt or complications.
4. A tiny amount of shares.
5 A tiny market cap.
6. A full listing.

A great opportunity for anyone prepared to have a bit of patience and buy on the dips.

Thats a buy at 66.75p. Can you imagine when these Guys announce a deal and everyone scrambles to buy shares in a company with only 2.4 million shares in free float, it will go absolutely ballistic and could see £2+ which will only be £5 million company, WRN hit £30 million and AUCT looks a safer bet and has much more cash!

A old shell a clean company not holders locked in with huge losses. Main market listing easier to raise funds &look at boards connections. Tiny mcap still this could jump to a few quid and still be cheap as chips imo

Back in too, 60 to 95p first go and now back in low 60s, hardly any shares in free float so buying sending this back up again!

Well done to investors who ignored the derampers and made money on AUCT this week. The share price doubled in a few days. More to come here in the coming weeks / months, as the Board is working on backing a major deal in here.

Noticed that many stocks that do this usually start to rise strongly...notable examples was Oxus gold at 10p now 46p...EEL did it today at 28p so could be a good riser in the next few days

The only value I've seen on there is a 3oz 9ct gold curb chain which they have a guide price of £1400, this went for £370.I did an internet search for a similar chain and they came in at between £500 to £1099 so £370 was a good price in this instance.A Versace 18ct solid white gold watch with a guide of £2800 went for £875,I've only been able to find a gold plated Versace on the internet which was £1199 so the this looked a good saving also.The gemstone globes can be bought from the states for $199 for the large one which brings about £150 in the auction so no saving there.I suppose you can get bargains if you watch all day but the savings on most things are not grate.

Just been watching the auction on sky.Is this for real,they have a guide price of £800 on a watch and they are going for £120.This to me sounds like it's too good to be true, surely their guide price is totally wrong or misleading, I can't see you getting a watch for a £700 discount even if it is an auction, people would be bidding much higher if these guide prices were accurate.Has anyone got any experience or views about this auction.Cheers.
