25/5/2012 16:06 | the only one with that clout is ISIS EP LLP they have a 20% stake here, but combined with Savills that comes to just over 50% so i dont think they would want to lose that controlling stake?..... | digitalis
25/5/2012 16:06 | 1.18p to buy, another buy they drop the offer again, people moaned yesterday there was no rns for the rise, does the same count for the drop :-)) | 27howard
25/5/2012 16:03 | Just read the last update to understand the situation. Reminds me a bit of the situation at PLUS markets in respect of lots of uncertainties but certainly something to play for. The share price movement today is interesting. | loverat
25/5/2012 16:01 | Digitalis Does ATG have a big holder capable of being the seller here at any price ? | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:59 | Thanks digitalis | loverat
25/5/2012 15:56 | 2x reasons..... 2x very well managed profitable tech businesses owned by Adventis..... interesting theory for a placing going through 27howard......more 100k lumps gone through....same all day.... | digitalis
25/5/2012 15:53 | Can anyone give me one reason why someone might buy this. | loverat
25/5/2012 15:39 | 1.1-1.23p spread now online | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:37 | bozzy I sold all and bought some back at 1.52p and 1.56p, got to take the bad with the good, going to hold and see why they can offer this stock, I feel they have managed to get a 1p placing away now there is demand for the stock. | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:35 | Aughton3 So a mm despite getting hammered all day with buying is still able to sit there selling stock and gradually drop from 2.3p all the way to 1.3p and still offer size, either there is a monster sale to show later or he is raising funds for the company with a placing, anything else would be inside information and thus breaking the rules so it's either the first or second option. | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:34 | Did you sell the rest in time Howard? | bozzy_s
25/5/2012 15:33 | this is far from over guys/gals.......that rns raised the profile of the situation aughton,a cunning move imho.... interesting 27howard.......very plausable....i invested here because of the fantastic tech department,i believed after the chopping was done for such a small funding going foreward the future looked rosy.....im still positive, the 2x tech companies are still very revenue generative and very profitable..... | digitalis
25/5/2012 15:31 | If they were dropping the price and it was 10k max like the whole of last week I would ignore it, maybe they have instructed a 1p placing because of the sudden demand and one mm is selling it on, not a deramp as I have stock from 1.54p average today but to me that is how it looked, I'm ok with a funding because long term it will help the shareprice recover. | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:29 | 27 howard read the last RNS they have tried and could not raise funds....... | aughton 3
25/5/2012 15:27 | looks that way 27howard....its took a rout like this to get action on the stock, someone should have built up a nice stake in the last 24hrs imho... oh stag ,your filtered by the way...... | digitalis
25/5/2012 15:25 | In the home straight to insolvent liquidation. Guess July if can sell tech quickly else this could rumble on for a few more months. My bet is a £3m creditor deficit [ie -6p per share] in the Winks/Pearson statement of affaits handed to the liqudator (which is filed a Companies House so I will search for it and post the numbers). Anyone else want to place a bet? ps Digitalis, I have been posting facts. That they are indeed poisonous is a reflection of ATG. £9.3m liabilities in the Adventis balance sheet at 31-12-2010. Winks hopes selling tech will cover the bank £1.5m. Maybe the vendor earnout £2.5m will be wrapped in or written off. But still millions short. | silkstag
25/5/2012 15:24 | You can buy 250k at 1.28p so this is not a shake as they are prepared to offer size, this is nailed on fundraising digtails, the market cap is so tiny I do not think there is a seller out there with this much size, bought back too soon but I am tempted to average down here. | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:22 | wow indeedy.....what a churn that was,now where has all that stock gone i wonder..... stag plying his trade on my thread.....even giving links to his analist spam on the other thread.....does he not think traders are capable of clicking on another thread.....laughable anyway im in for a few more...... | digitalis
25/5/2012 15:11 | wow now even lower than yesterday, maybe a mm is raising some funds for them selling down stock ? | 27howard
25/5/2012 15:00 | Kevin, ATG is the wrong share to invest in. Paying 1p when it is worth -6p would mean it needed a £3.5m miracle just to get back to your 1p. Nick Winks, ATG Chairman on 10 May 2012 "tried, unsuccessfully, to persuade investors to back our efforts to raise new equity to pay down both bank and vendor debt". If investors with sight of 31-12-2011 balance sheet refused to invest at 0.5p, how can you, shooting blind, think buying at 1p is an investment? It is not. As I said, day traders can punt, but this is not investible. Insolvent liquidation is only possible outcome. | silkstag
25/5/2012 14:52 | I have not bought any yet. I may not even buy any 90% of my shares are long term. Have not day traded for 2 years | kevin 1896 |
