Notice of Annual General Meeting

Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Tuesday 29(th) June 2021 at 11.00 a.m., at 7th Floor, 236 Gray's Inn Road, London WC1X 8HB.

A Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders and a copy of the notice is available to view on the Company's website at www.attraqt.com

Whilst the "Stay at Home" guidelines and restrictions to public gatherings imposed by the UK Government in response to the Covid-19 outbreak may be fully lifted before the date of the AGM, given the uncertainty of the changing measures and the Company's ongoing commitment to protecting the health of shareholders and staff, a cautious approach will be adopted for the upcoming AGM. The only people permitted to physically attend the Company's designated address for the AGM will be those necessary to form a quorate meeting.

As shareholders cannot attend in person, shareholders wishing to vote on any of the matters of business at the AGM are therefore requested to submit their votes in advance by proxy using one of the methods referred to on pages 6 to 8 of the Notice of AGM posted to shareholders. Shareholders' votes must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday 25 June 2021 (or, in the event of any adjournment, on the date which is 48 hours before the time of the adjourned AGM).

Shareholders can ask questions or raise matters of concern for them as shareholders by emailing Eric Dodd, the company secretary ([e-mail]). The Company will endeavour to provide a response as soon as possible. Any member who has the right to attend the meeting has the right to ask questions.

The board is taking the above measures to safeguard the health of shareholders and other participants, and to make the AGM as safe and efficient as possible. Public health advice issued by the UK Government in relation to Covid-19 is rapidly evolving and the board therefore intends to keep the above arrangements under close review during this period. Circumstances may result in it being necessary to make further alternative arrangements for the AGM and we will seek to give members as much notice as possible. Details of any such arrangements will be communicated with shareholders before the AGM through the Company's website ( www.attraqt.com ).
