Grant of Director Options
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), the provider of SaaS solutions that power exceptional online shopping experiences, announces the award of options (the "Options") over new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mark Adams (Chief Executive Officer) and Eric Dodd (Chief Financial Officer) under the Attraqt Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
The awards are granted as non-tax advantaged awards and vesting is subject to continued service and the achievement of certain share price and/or revenue growth performance conditions three years after the date of grant (22 April 2024). The Options have an exercise price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share.
