Appointment of Chief Product Officer

Attraqt Group plc (AIM: ATQT), is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Tough as Chief Product Officer with immediate effect.

Paul is a highly regarded expert in ecommerce technology and has been helping and advising leading brands and retailers on their ecommerce strategies for the past 20 years. Paul joins the Group from eComp Consulting, a specialist digital strategy firm offering digital transformation advisory, technology evaluation, & enablement, programme management and technology due diligence services, which he co-founded in 2014 with Mark Adams, Attraqt's recently appointed CEO.

Prior to this, Paul founded and grew ecommerce systems integration company Portaltech which was successful acquired by Reply S.p.A in 2011. Paul subsequently looked after engineering, support and financial operations as the company expanded internationally.

Paul's experience in leading and building award-winning software and services businesses within Consulting, Digital and eCommerce will be fully utilised in driving forward the Group's product vision and roadmap to deliver the innovation and product excellence that will enable e-retailers and brands to deliver unique and compelling ecommerce buying experiences for their customers.
