Not complaining if we get there sooner just better to err on the longer time scale.

Battlebus with respect I was hoping for £1+ by Xmas, now we (seemingly) have confirmation that we are moving into profitability.. I think the company is maybe still a bit under the radar at the moment...

Once we confirm that we can make profits and continue to win new contracts we should be trading a lot higher. Give it a year and £1 is possible imv.

What I want to know is why ATQT is only worth £12M, when a broadly similar company with similar revenues but still loss-making (whereas we are now in profit), is worth 4 X our market cap? The company I refer to is EYE....Answers on a postcard.

"2nd half", in other words now! As we had hoped...Looks like the company may have squeaked through on their cash balances without the need for a further fundraising... would be amazing if true!GLA NAI

ProActive interview with the CEO from yesterday. Gives a fair case for the co. imo with breakeven expected 2nd half. http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/4117/attraqt-ceo-brown-tumi-contract-win-to-open-doors-in-us-4117.html

Can't understand why you would sell at this point in the co's progress, it's a shame cause it's knocking the price on what should be a blue day....

Seems to be inline with everything they've said so i'm happy with progress, market should react positively imv.

So... no profit for H1... but reduced loss... and a considerable number of new contracts, which will be feeding into the current H2 cash flow now... Their cash-at-hand was down to less than £200k at the end of June, but I suspect that the company is cashflow-positive today, which is why there has not been any placing announced today with the results... They have been slightly sweating their cashflow also, looking at the trade receivables/payable. ..Always nice to see a company with such simple accounts!Any comments?

Yep, he did say the first two weeks in September so i'd pencilled in the 8th at a rough guess.

No results yet. I think probably more likely tomorrow at 7am, if Andre is doing a public presentation later tomorrow.

Let's see... There hasn't been any significant selling in the run-up which might imply bad news... of course it may just be that they run a very tight ship...The fact that they haven't needed to raise any money this year surely means that they must be at, or very close to, being cashflow-positive?Having said that, if they need to raise half a million quid say, along with encouraging results, then I will not be too bothered...GLA NAI

The finance director is only retiring, not resigning , so no particular problem... The new guy seems well qualified and fairly young!

My guess is that they are generating a profit, all good.

They may have run up their overdraft further, or increased their borrowing in some other way which doesn't need a specific RNS (like a director loan would). Or they may indeed be just about cashflow-positive and have managed to squeak through. I agree the cash levels look low though. Anyway, I have absolutely no problem with them raising the odd £500-750K at these levels... but I have the feeling that the management will want to try to avoid it if they possibly can... a director loan is my favourite... we'll see...NAI

OK, so I see they took out an overdraft in Jan for £50k, but thats a tiny buffer

Just started to look at this. Can anyone help me out with an explanation of how they've got through H1 without raising equity? £307k cash in bank at teh end of 2014 and despite the growth there's no way they were profitable in H1, and cant see how they were cashflow positive either. If they'd taken out a loan from one of the directors then they'd have had to announce it as a related party deal, and they wouldnt be able to get bank financing. I would have thought that they need something like another £750k - £1m to get to break-even.... Look like a potentially interesting co, though am tempted to wait til the interims to pull the trigger given that would be an obvious time to raise more cash

Aha, as I predicted, a block sell... I predict another 20k-odd shares will be sold shortly, to take out the buys of the last few days...No advice intended...

Hopefully battlebus. IF we are moving into profitability on strong revenue growth, AND the big seller gets cleared out, I don't see why we couldn't head towards 100p here...Just my view. NAI
