02/5/2019 19:12 | Agreed waterloo.A significant appointment.Followin | husbod
02/5/2019 17:29 | Reba, best of luck. A profits a profit! The appointment tells me at least one thing. They are going to expand and while Touro drags on, I wonder if they will be making an acquisition? ATYM could be running 3-4 producing mines and will take them to a different level. I've been banking profits a I go but retain a significant stake and will do so going forward as it all plays out. | waterloo01
02/5/2019 15:20 | Well done Reba but always a pity when a lth disappears. If you're timing is anything like mine we should see a significant rise in the share price shortly. The appointment revealed by Van is surely worthy of an RNS? | husbod
02/5/2019 15:13 | Well after 12 stressful years with this bloody share I have finally kicked it into touch. It's going absolutely no-where. I feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and really couldn't care less about its future. Its had nothing but problems since the word go, and still got some to solve. I wish for everybody still holding that they sort something out. Good luck for the future Reba, Walked away with 47% profit so it can't be bad | reba

02/5/2019 12:30 | Thanks van - don't think that sort of guy would be joining us (assuming I've interpreted the Spanish correctly) unless he saw the potential and wasn't concerned about current distractions. | husbod

01/5/2019 11:37 | Nice one MrO I particularly like the bit about the stds. You missed the word alleged though.Conjures up an image of a much uglier and pockmarked Tyrion. So is van the love child of one of his alleged std producing nocturnal activities or are they just good friends? | husbod
01/5/2019 10:37 | Carlos still going despite health issues: over weight, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, also some past STDs . Also amazing that has managed to stay out of jail, the law wants him, but supposedly he has brown enveloped enough to have avoided this. For the record, I do not wish anyone ill health. What is a shame is Carlos still unsupportive of Atalaya. - whether he think he can bring the company to its knees and take control again and have access to the money flows. There are others who probably also miss how the money trickled down into pockets pre listed company , follow the law, transparency . Carlos may still be an adviser to people close to us who have their own agenda , he certainly used to boast in the past of being such an advisor. His employer may also prefer to do things the unlisted opaque way. all IMHO. | mronions

29/4/2019 14:33 | Yep those Spanish funds hoovered up a fair part of the free float and I'm not about to sell mine.Good to see that Spanish politics is almost as bad as ours. Still, employment must be fairly near the top of most of their agendas so with any luck it's steady as she goes for us. | husbod
29/4/2019 12:33 | These are very tightly held. Managed a little top-up this morning at 214.75 - even though the offer price on here was showing as 213. Swings huge amounts based on very small transactions and the spread is !!! | bigdaddio

28/4/2019 12:04 | As I understand it the Junta are the ones leading the appeal, however the court process could take months so will overhang until resolved. I'm not sure what if any works need to be done, it's mainly to do with the procedure. | waterloo01
28/4/2019 11:55 | #Sithuk, no, they have not released an update yet outside of last weeks RNS but we can expect to see some news as it unfolds on the permitting issue and Astor.., lawyers are working in the background while we continue to operate as normal.. All the pending claims made by EeA have now been ruled by the TSJA. Atalaya continues to work with its legal advisors to evaluate the possibility of appealing the ruling and to ensure the Junta de Andalucía addresses all procedural points raised in both rulings. The Company continues to operate normally at Proyecto Riotinto and the JdA has publically supported the continuation of the mine. An update will be provided to the market in due course. | laurence llewelyn binliner |
