Looks as though they gradually worked this down from their initial 5p drop, shown before they opened this morning. It's incredible how they get away with this sort of thing.
No sells or buys to justify any drop whatsoever.

please do not worry.

Unesco is worried about a pilgrimage route + view . Has expressed its concern as it is supposed to when looking after historic sites.

The mine is out of the pilgrim route and out of the protection area : the project is barely seen from the trail route.

Our eco friends will argue differently , but they are also pushing to have the motorway and local airport should also closed.

I repeat Xanta very supportive of mining. SanVan is lying or blinded by own view.

Thought we would have financials today given Atym don't tend to release news on Friday and the news was released this time last year. I guess we will have to wait till next week. Wonder if we are close to announcing anything else instead?

A judge has made a ruling on information provided as part of AUU. ATYM and and Junta are defending together. This is not the first time.

Now, just so you know : Atalaya is working 24 hours / 7 days a week / all year, and that is not about to stop. Even on Santa days ATYM will be processing ore.

You cling to hopes that there is an issue with tailing dams. You are wrong. Tailing dams are beautiful . So improved on criminal Carlos who took short cuts when disposing of waste (and you know it). Was lovely to see bus loads of tourists coming to see such beautiful dams , wonders .

I am pretty sure that no one here has any motivation.
I never said that Riotinto was not going to open. But now I am certain that it has lost its permits. A judge said so.

Time to see.

All my copper plays are down, most a lot more than ATYM. It's the markets.

Markets are poor. Market makers will move stock until we find a buyer.

The Xunta is NOT supporting the project. Locals do not support the mine also. No matters who says so, you can test it anywhere.

Touro is ticking along nicely. Mining in the region is not a decision for UNESCO.

From my visit I spoke with the person dealing directly with local negotiations and applications. Very confident that we will see things progress as they should. However, they take all aspects of the permitting seriously .

The local people are queuing up with CVs to start working.

What we cannot control is copper price ... and my guess at some point we will see a super cycle .

Two small trades gone through and they paid 220p, way over the odds as 216 is the offer.
Their programme equipment is so out of date it's unbelievable. they'e put it them in the don't know column.

usual Van information, negative and not showing the full picture, yet another interest group getting an intellectually poor reporter to promote their case without them doing any real digging into the story.
Touro will go ahead as Spain needs to be a driver in the mining market to help pay for all the wonderful bureaucrats they have and the future bigger EU bills they will have to pay.
The company never has and I suspect never will be good at PR, and the owners (the big three don't care or need PR or a strong share price, they just wish to build a powerhouse to keep feeding their offtakes and ultimately div's), real investors looking for value will keep buying as we are artificially discounted and the traders will sell when they can. The story of EMED and no different for us now.
Sit tight and enjoy the ride, this time next year.....
