12/10/2018 08:29 | Wonder if it's Orion who want out? | waterloo01
12/10/2018 08:28 | Either way, looks strong and heading towards that £3 level IMO...DYOR etc, where do posters see the final "offer" price? | qs99
12/10/2018 08:23 | Can't believe this and agree entirely with your comments rob.If there is a possible sale it's entirely logical that it could be being triggered by one of the big shareholders becoming frustrated by the constraints of the share structure and saying that it wants to buy the others out.As others have commented the prime suspect in that scenario would be our old friend Traf.We can but see how it pans out. | husbod
12/10/2018 08:05 | Three pounds fifty.......?Anyone? | shortarm
12/10/2018 07:45 | Hopefully, so we may never see dividends | come on
12/10/2018 07:03 | I wonder what the bidder has offered. Company running up a flag to shake out other interested parties? | sithuk
12/10/2018 06:18 | Company has responded saying it is undertaking review to consider strategic options. Which suggests there is something to the story. Someone must be sniffing around. Lee | brockwl2
12/10/2018 06:10 | Besides now we are a producer in s safe country with lots of potential with touro and areas surrounding Rio tinto, so price should be well north of here | come on
12/10/2018 06:09 | To answer the last two posts, maybe Traf are interested and the other share holders have said, in order to achieve fair value lets put it up for sale, then if you’re the top bidder it’s yours. | rich1e
12/10/2018 05:16 | Why hasn't trafigura bid?, what's fair value, will that even be realised?, trafigura paid 9p a share when they got involved | come on
11/10/2018 23:28 | When you are the one looking for a buyer it's not good, right? | ruvic
11/10/2018 23:01 | Confirmation of possible sale on Canadian Exchange. | stockknobjockeyvanbookstino
11/10/2018 22:56 | and no AAU / permit? Not sure I'm pleased to have sold £51k at 2.56 as it could rocket past there on a bid | stockknobjockeyvanbookstino
11/10/2018 20:23 | What a strange time to put a company up for sale if it were to be true - trade war causing jitters in the market, copper well below where it should be on fundamentals, Atalaya awaiting court case judgement, awaiting Touro permitting decision, awaiting benefits of new Rio Tinto expansion project. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever to me - surely you wouldn't realise the true value of the asset by selling at this point?? Recognise it's just a rumour currently but really strikes me as very odd. | robmcelf2
11/10/2018 20:10 | Cheers guys | rich1e
11/10/2018 20:04 | Might be true but what's it mean? share price suggests will be at higher price than today's. | waterloo01
11/10/2018 20:02 | Look over at ATYM LSE chat for some potentially really interest news. | electricplug
11/10/2018 18:03 | Someone snapped up 55k this morning (240p), either someone impressed by yesterday's news or the buyer from last week, probably the latter picking up stock as it’s becoming available, in my opinion. | rich1e
11/10/2018 13:36 | What a bad week to publish an absolutely stonking-good third quarter report. Everything except the copper price is improving with ATALAYA and that is something that the management can do nothing about. If we get a reasonably early approval for Touro then the court appeal will be of much less significance. It always seems with our company that the next year will be better but this only needs a further squeeze on the physical market for copper and H1 2019 will see us much closer to £3 share price I believe. | erric
11/10/2018 13:22 | Don't panic. Fundamentals unchanged. Markets throwing a tantrum. I'm going to try and avoid checking my broker account for a few weeks | cflather2000
11/10/2018 10:38 | Doom and Gloom £2.00 / £1.75 / £1.50 / £1.25 / £1.00 /etc etc etc Lets go back 12 years so I can forget I ever heard of this share | reba
11/10/2018 10:23 | When I posted my warning yesterday (Post 12053 at 12.11pm), the S&P500 was 2884... Less than 3 hours later it was 2750, down almost 5%... Worse to come...only a matter of time... US markets continue to fall (net) up to the midterms...investors blame Trump ("I think the FED has gone crazy...") Republicans get hammered in midterms...markets fall again...investors blame Trump again... How long before he's replaced by "Good old Mike Pence...?" AIMHO as usual... PS "When America sneezes the world catches a cold..." 1929 quote after the Wall Street Crash... GLA | rougepierre
11/10/2018 10:09 | Wow! Hope you're making a bomb in VILX waterloo....? Taken a 50% gain on 1/4 of my holding this am, but much, much more to come...I think it has a 'lagging' element to it...not too late to get on board at sub 5...52 week high is 55....? The fall in ATYM is a direct result of the wider market fall IMHO, as copper has held up well... Goldman's Commodities guru on Bloomberg yesterday said copper is the next big play, followed by PMs... FRES, HOC, POLY still cheap as chips...gold and silver up in the next week or so...? AIMHO as usual... | rougepierre
10/10/2018 16:47 | RP's post has explained it! Sorry, didn't check the wider market . AIM talking a huge hit today | cflather2000 |
