There is no doubt there is a lot of vocal opposition to the mine although mainly led by the environmental groups and it might well sway getting permissions. Three points on that. 1) We have made a relatively small investment to date, 2) there is little value as yet attached to Touro. Indeed some here would be happy for them to just focus on PRT, 3) The only realistic way to improve the local environment, and there is a lot of misinformation around amongst the protesters about this, is to mine through past issues with modern mining technologies. If We walk away, the locals will be left with no extra jobs, investment in Galithia mining and any acid water issues will remain as they are.

Is it Project Touro a reality? It seems to me that there is no support at all.

The Appeal has taken place on 9 and 10 May 2018 and the Group expects the ruling to be issued in the coming months.

I'm not sure how many months.. but the appeal court doesn't seems to have published a ruling on anything since May 04th..!

Morning BobStrangely the screens on my phone and the desktop are different. The latter marks any RNS against the company so you can see it immediately.Come to think of it it also happens on my wife's IPad so maybe it's just the size of the phone screen that stops it.

O/T: Does anyone else use the ii virtual portfolio service? They have re-written the web site and it no longer flags up RNS announcements made in the last 24 hours. This was very useful as I could log in at 7:15 and any RNS items against my portfolio or my watch list were easy to see an then access. Now I have to click into every company.....

How does everyone else track RNS items for their portfolio and possibly watch list?

If you believe in reading the runes shortarm, this from Fx Empire this morning:Based on the early momentum, buyers may take a run at $3.3040 today. We could see a technical bounce on the first test of this level. Overtaking it will indicate the buying is getting stronger with $3.3420 the next likely upside target.
