14/2/2018 17:52 | Disappointing it didn't give our share price a prod though. | husbod
14/2/2018 17:33 | Didn't take much for copper to go back up over $3.20 | waterloo01
14/2/2018 14:59 | Either we have had 100% buys today at 190/191 or that's the tightest spread we've ever had here.. :o), buyers still around, and the bid will have to go up if they want many more..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
14/2/2018 12:17 | Well I can sell 25k shares at 1.91 so buyer around. | waterloo01
13/2/2018 18:08 | Copper rebounding well today, almost +10c/lb.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
13/2/2018 17:47 | On the assumption the share price will rise over the coming years and assuming Rambo take shares each royalty settlement, then they will receive less shares each time.Their shareholding in the company would be less than 3%, I think. | saintb
13/2/2018 16:56 | It's only 200,000 shares but if they sold, they just got a bit more than $500k and ATYM keep $500k for other uses. Shareholders have a tiny dilution, or they will keep them. Will never know. | waterloo01
13/2/2018 16:48 | Why would Rumbo opt to take shares instead of cash at VWAP and then sell them immediately? Surely they would have taken the cash in the first place. SBT | superbobtaylor
13/2/2018 16:44 | I wonder if those big trades are someone buying Rumbo's shares....? | rougepierre
13/2/2018 16:26 | #Husbod, 10 years, 40 quarters $10M total worst case, or say 4.2M shares today, 3% of the company, not an insignificant amount, but I can see a deal being done for less to buy this option out early while the shares are sub 200p and Rumbo will get more of them.. :o) and that's 1 snout less in the trough going forward.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
13/2/2018 16:25 | Rumbo are sub 3% capital , so they can do what the hell they want and we will be none the wiser. | mronions
13/2/2018 16:05 | 26K and 72K just gone through at £1.91 ! | gcpinc
13/2/2018 15:54 | This only covers the $500,000, not going forward. They won't want or need to defer income in the coming years, so doubt they will offer it as an option after the next few quarters | waterloo01
13/2/2018 15:48 | Not in itself but over 10 years it's 4m shares at current rates. Less if the share price is higher but take the point that it keeps our cash for other things. | husbod
13/2/2018 15:25 | Looks like it but haven't done any dummy trades.Had somewhat overlooked the Rumbo situation with everything else that has been going on. Good that they think shares are better than cash but if they convert to shares every quarter for the next ten years it is a massive dilution and bound to be a drag on the share price I would have thought. It also effectively dilutes the big boys so they will be free to buy a few more shares in the open market which would be good.Something always happens here that puts big share price gains back further into the future.Another clever move by Harry? | husbod
13/2/2018 14:56 | Great album. So do we think the buyer has finished as we pause at £1.90? | waterloo01
13/2/2018 14:54 | Credence Clearwater revival...? | shortarm
13/2/2018 14:40 | I see the Cu price rising I see money on the way I see earthworks and lightnin' I see some nice jambon today (or "at some as yet unspecified time in the future" but that does not scan so well) SBT | superbobtaylor
13/2/2018 10:38 | Eh? Why would I...sold out for a profit and back in at 13p... | rougepierre
13/2/2018 09:47 | Still sore with me about that then Rouge! | waterloo01
13/2/2018 09:41 | Guess which share is number 8 climber today Husbod.... You can see me as a nuisance or s/o trying to help his mates... E.g. waterloo may have trebled his money last week.... Best wishes to all.... | rougepierre |
