Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc ("Aston Martin" or the "Company")
Board Change
In anticipation of the transactions recently announced by the Company which will, once completed, reduce the shareholding of the Adeem/Primewagon shareholder group (the "Adeem/PW Group") to below 10% of the Company's share capital, the Company announces that in accordance with the Relationship Agreement between the Adeem/PW Group and the Company Mr Mahmoud Samy Mohamed Aly El Sayed, a representative director of the Adeem/PW Group, has elected to step down from the Board with effect from 12 November 2020. Mr. El Sayed has served as a Director of the Company since 7 September 2018 and has been a director within the Group since March 2007. In accordance with the Relationship Agreement the remaining board seat for the Adeem/PW Group shall continue to be held by Mr Amr Ali Abdallah AbouelSeoud.
The Company thanks Mr. El Sayed for his many years of service and support to the Aston Martin group and wishes him well for the future.
