FWIW (I expect more derision!) the chart looks very interesting. If we can close today at >2025, I would read that as the uptrend that started in October as being maintained, just ... Any other thoughts on this?

Can anyone explain the volatility to me please. Is it because there are very few shares available to trade or something else?

At the risk of offending Swiss Tony - for anyone interested in what the new F! Car is going to look like, the big reveal will be at 3pm today and can be seen here - https://youtube.com/c/astonmartinf1

Director probably took a good few from Adeem too. The more directors buy, the less the free float. And I know a lot of PIs who are holding out for 2024/2025. This will bob about for the next few days I reckon, weak sellers will out, then the next leg up. I always said a drop back to around £19, £18 is ultimate resistance, but no way will it go below there unless something tragic happens. Higher lows... £10, then £14, then £16, now £18/19. Constroll.

spyder you shouldn’t be sorry, we know the F1 and AML are 2 different business but F1 can help build the brand image in a way not fully appreciated, the brand value alone has been estimated at £2bn as an F1 fan and petrolhead I’ll follow both closely

Sorry to offend ST, I just thought this might be of interest in a roundabout way ...

And how much will F1 impact the sales of Reichman designed cars (which have nothing to do with F1) which not very many people want to buy right now? Sick of retail traders and Stroll talking about F1 and not discussing the hard facts of selling GT cars. A DBX PHEV looks like being 2023/2024 now (according to Moers on the call) which is WAY behind competitors. If you had £175k and wanted a luxury SUV, would you buy a hybrid and not get stung for emissions, or go ICE? We have 2.5 years (minimum!) of people asking themselves this question.

Swiss Respect, it just feels too volatile just now, I booked a substantial profit prior to results and expected to be back in but still on the sidelines

I have sold a few, think Adeem are selling the rest of their shares, big volume sells again today. That coupled with people who bought in for an instant boost (like Q3 results) are bailing. Cool if it goes back up, but got the funds to top up if it falls lower.

I am similar. They are under pressure to make the DBX a success. I still believe the share price will be materially higher in 2025, but I am not sure about this year tbh. The way that spikes have been sold into over the last 2/3 days would confirm I am not the only one thinking that!

Lots of things rolled together, DBX numbers in transit seemed very high, I think in the next 3months this will look clearer, it’s not that I don’t believe I’m just finding it hard to believe, I’ll take a chill pill

Not sure about the numbers/stock.Will really only see next results.I am looking forward to the first GP.I did hear the safety car may be an Aston. Can't remember where from.I'm still in for the long term: getting towards Strolls share price of £9. (£180 now). Anywhere towards half of that is phenomenal.

A bit of churn post results. What do you both think about DBX dealer loading? "DBX shipments in 2020 were 1,516 cars with 345 having been shipped in Q3 and 1,171 in Q4. DBX Q4 retail sales were 593 cars. Assuming generously that all Q3 DBXs found homes in Q3, this still leaves 578 DBXs sitting either on dealer lots or “in transit”
