11/10/2007 22:44 | Yes, looks odd. I was gutted and rather unlucky myself. I had studied the company closely over recent weeks, expected a mild profit warning from previous annoucements...aimed to get in at a penny on the basis that the dilutive deferred consideration was gone, missed out on buying just...and then all hell broke loose! Oh well. The large shareholder's purchase (Weston) looks particularly well timed!! Think the opportunity has gone now as a dilutive RTO is on the cards. | topvest
11/10/2007 12:19 | I tend to agree. No trading all of last week, profit warning issued end of last week, buying from Monday this week and shares now suspended pending a 'reverse takeover'. I think you would need to be 'brain dead' not to see something fishy. | canny lass
11/10/2007 11:54 | Absolutely outrageous insider trading on this share over the last couple of days. I bet the FSA will not investigate. they are too busy missing the problems at banks like northern rock !!!! | psolomons
11/10/2007 11:16 | Stock suspended. I hope the suspension is not too long as it may trap some traders who have bought on extended terms. Make or break time. If the 'reverse takeover' falls through then this will drop like a lead balloon before it re-enters the market. However if the 'reverse takeover' goes ahead then there could be further mark-up for those already holding. | canny lass
11/10/2007 09:57 | wow I never thought I'd see this go to 4.5p.. What an opportunity I missed. Never mind. | powwow
10/10/2007 21:42 | Perhaps we just have a couple of short term speculators - share price did a similar thing a few months back. | topvest
10/10/2007 14:14 | Does anyone have any idea why AKG has shot up these last couple of days. It would seem unlikely that there is any imminent news in the offing and the trading statement had no new good news. Perhaps the new NOMAD is doing a better job than HB? MJ | mjcrockett
10/10/2007 12:34 | Seem to have got some short term speculators here. | topvest
10/10/2007 10:12 | Hi Jt, Yep I gathered that after it ticked up off only my 228k buy! | eggbird
10/10/2007 10:06 | Eggbird i agree but one big difference with MSG next to no shares in issue, when it really takes off it could see 300% in a day. | jtaylor3
10/10/2007 10:04 | Thanks for the MSG mention, Ive grabbed a few, think you could be right, it looks like it could exactly what AKG has done over the last few days! ;-) | eggbird
10/10/2007 09:25 | Check msg out..its about to blow like this has.. | jtaylor3
09/10/2007 21:49 | Well done double 6 - you messed-up my plan to pick up some though!! What did you buy and sell at? I won't trade this short term, as that's not my style, but may try again when the price drops back. Fancy buying at 1p for the long haul. Not that interested at much above that, given the fact they've had 2 profit warnings since arriving on AIM. This will take 2 years or so to turn now imo. Good news is that there must be zippo chance of the deferred consideration on 3 years Astek Innovation results giving rise to more shares being issued which is why I was put off investing earlier. It's an odd share in that a profit warning has good, as well as bad news! Nice company with some good IP, but as with most of these sort of companies it always takes longer (and often much longer) than planned to get profitable. Only concern is how much they have ramped up their cost base on the R&D side this year as they don't have enormous spare cash balances. | topvest
09/10/2007 14:27 | Decided to call the lot in on the first sign of weakness in share price Come on then, MM's, make me the MSG BID I require! | double6
09/10/2007 14:23 | Well the 100,000 weren't my purchase. Never quite seen such a reaction to a profit warning. Bizarre. Happy to buy at around a penny. I'll wait. | topvest
09/10/2007 14:13 | Amazing 3 days - have cashed in some of my profit - waiting to top up MSG on any further decrease in offer. | double6
09/10/2007 13:05 | Moving up again here. if anyones reading and wants an equally big climber but tighter spread get into msg.. Some turkey messed it up by ramping it all over advfn..But it has a mkt cap that is miniscule, plus next to no shares in issue and news is definetly due. | jtaylor3
09/10/2007 12:58 | Ok hadnt noticed will take a look. good luck d6 on here. Its looking good. | jtaylor3
09/10/2007 12:56 | JT - MSG just ticked up on bid. About time the MM's got it going !! | double6
09/10/2007 12:51 | In fact noone has yet made anything today. offer opened at 1.5p.. The bid has just got there yet a 100% increase. | jtaylor3
09/10/2007 12:51 | pow - unfortunately I ended up having to pay just over 0.9p for mine. Topped up with more at 1p. DYOR. | double6
09/10/2007 12:50 | so i guess must be good news to come... would get some, but these kind of stocks always worry me, still i'm sure someone will make loads of dosh | powwow
09/10/2007 12:48 | Doesnt look like it noone is pumping...YET | jtaylor3
