Virtual Property Tour
Today, Assura plc ("Assura") is hosting a Virtual Property Tour of two recent development completions for analysts and investors. No new material trading information will be disclosed.
In the financial year to date, Assura has completed construction on five development schemes (total cost GBP29 million). Work has commenced on a further six increasing the number of schemes currently on site to 16 (total cost GBP83 million). The Group has a strong pipeline of opportunities, with the immediate pipeline currently standing at 17 schemes (total cost GBP76 million) where we would expect to be on site in the next 12 months. This strong development pipeline is driven by our experienced and specialist in-house team, and our commitment to create the outstanding spaces for health services that communities across the country so urgently need.
