And GREAT news this morning, profits up 10% dividend up 49%. I have a feeling a re-rating is on the cards. In any case with this new, covered, progressive dividend I am VERY happy to hold this.

edit: just added, thought it would go higher first thing, Very happy to have this very long term. AND we are buying at a discount to NAV!

Yes, agreed - looking very good. I suppose a small equity isse will be needed at some stage to boost growth, but well worth supporting.

Excellent write up in Investors Chronicle (for the first time ever!) compares Assura with MedicX and PHP and says AGR is the best bet. Clearly tempting some people in today.

Sold my holding after the offer was rejected simply because the price held up well. It has dropped a little since then, but if 40-42p is fair value then there isn't enough reason to keep my money here and hopefully better returns elsewhere both in terms of capital growth and yield.

Probably get an offer from PHP now!
