I have nico9 in 3 trades today broker would not give me them i one go,i then got phoned after my 3rd trade as the mkt had got on the blower to them.
All very quiet but that will change as news of the bidders hits the press.

CD the original bidders never left the table they were hoping it would flounder,now the funds are secured they are back with a bigger and better offer.
You wont have long to wait,press will pick it up soon.

nico9 a friend told me that there are now 4 interested parties forget about the cash injection.there will be a bidding war and contracts in the middle east have been secured thats why there is big interest. - UTTER PISH !

I doubt it, just a shed load of selling is all im seeing, now, if, I SAY IF its true there's a placing or has been, then that would explain a lot, about the defensive posting after the suggestion, and moreover, the selling thats obviously happening.

IF AGAIN, a placing has been done, and with no RNS to state it, then this has been merely a climb to dump, which it is showing now.

IF AGAIN, then these people are just profit grabbers and shows the mid-term pattern of this share price, down.

950,000 buy imo at close. More sellers cleared out and took an awful lot without dropping the price. Someone stakebuilding?

Appreciate that the information may well be price sensitive but if 'readytotrade' is unrelated to any of the parties involved here but has happened to come into possession of such information - by accident or design - is he committing any offence by divulging such on a public bb?

Basically, just interested in the legalities.
