Today’s RNS says the NAV of MESH is £16.6m. So the shares issued to ASLR are worth less than £1.4m. There is no guarantee whatsoever that MESH will acquire 100% of Sentiance. It’s been trying for more than a year with zero success.

Why didn’t ASLR disclose that it had made a €3m loan to Sentiance? What guarantee is there that it’ll be repaid in September or ever? No details of the loan so assume it is unsecured and not convertible. Sentiance clearly burns cash how can it repay a €3m loan next month?

Reversal confirmed bullish bowl on the 4h hour chart. That's technical confirmation enough for most. Then there's the assets! Mcap needs to rise on parity with the assets and intellectual property which is many multiples of today's current share price!!!

silly drop really, they just got 3m euros back, another 3m in Spt coming in and £10m worth of MESH shares for nothing!

And Mesh see the aquisition of Sentiance as 'tranformational' for them.
