03/7/2018 17:54 | I have done a fair amount of research and cannot come up with a better 2-3 year pospect than ARS. I've already been here 2 years (I think). | littlemadam
03/7/2018 17:47 | #Copper declined into close to settle at $6491 (-0.5%), the lowest close since 29 Sep 2017 when it settled at $6481. Next low support is $6439.50 from 3 Oct 2017. #CTA selling was ongoing, although there was also evidence of consumer buying. #DeePerera #LondonClose #metals (link: pic.twitter.com/ppSZ | finncairn
03/7/2018 13:28 | Quite likely, Malaysia like to do ithat with foreign enterprise, oil palm. Just how cheap this can go is surprising me. | edjge2
03/7/2018 12:02 | Arf , I think that may be part of the plan. Hence an Indo partner coming into bkm. | mr roper
03/7/2018 12:01 | Would the board be able to sell shares (at the next fund-raising) to Indonesian investors? That would mean that by the ten-year deadline, there would already be Indonesian institutions on the register, so reducing the required quantity of dilution. | arf dysg

03/7/2018 10:01 | No, it's a celibration of English settlers in the New World winning the fight to free themselves from the oppresive rule of a German king, George III. | v11slr
03/7/2018 09:39 | Why is July 4th a holiday? Because it's July 4th! The date the Americans finally rid themselves of their imperial rulers. Those dreaded Brits :) | horneblower
02/7/2018 19:18 | Worth checking the RNS from 6th June against today's. | kjawoogie

02/7/2018 10:04 | Been away for the past week but interesting to read, just as the share price stutters for another breather, a few 'longer term' posters complaining about it and when they first bought the shares or their average price of doing so. I thought Mount Teide perfectly summed up the situation in his post of - Mount Teide30 Jun '18 - 18:06 - 14750 of 14765, although to add to it and as Hornblowers chart post above proves, we are all buying in to this share along its progression to a higher price. Sure the share price will falter from time to time, but imv when it does is time to purchase some more if you can afford to. People are only now complaining because a large holder is offloading for what ever personal reasons he has, if indeed he wasn't selling then those 'long termers' in turn wouldn't be complaining either. Has the story changed, no. Has the fundamentals changed, no. Are the BoD's still taking their salaries in shares, yes. Are the BoD's increasing the size & purity of our assets with each RNS, yes. Have the BoD's strengthened themselves with new additions, yes. Do we still have the assets & are they increasing in size, yes. Is the copper price holding/increasing/i Is copper entering deficit mode, yes. And with all of the above in place, the other major factor is that M&A in the sector is growing pace with buyers now paying some 40%+ over the current price of a co's assets. Just what is there not to like as I just don't understand why anyone would want ot be selling out of the company we own, just because someone is selling & the share price is taking a breather. | dorset64
02/7/2018 09:46 | 10p well and truly gap filled. Extemely good buy chance IMO. Copper price against us. Dollar up as other markets switch to USA equities for 'safety', commodities down. Until market perception switches and dollar reality comes to the fore, bad times to prevail but our RNSs will keep coming. Market postions forward so perhaps good news factored in already. My 11p buys not looking good. Copper shortage to become apparennt and bingo. | edjge2
01/7/2018 17:19 | Top post Alan. It's also worth looking at the wider copper stocks on a 3 month chart. | kjawoogie
01/7/2018 15:20 | Good post, adorling | mr roper
01/7/2018 15:01 | Well well, not seen this level of anxiety from some LTH’s before but it does confirm my belief that this seller is definitely a LTH amongst our midst. However, history shows many sell out just as the share they have held takes off with many multiples of their sell price. Having met the BOD this past week at the AGM I am more assured, more confident and more excited than I have ever been as a significant holder of ARS. We have most definitely the potential to be a multi $billion mining Company and if you cannot wait then sell up and be happy with that decision and with your re-investment choices but please don’t regret looking back when we are at 20p, 30p, 50p and taken out for at least 100p in time. | adorling
01/7/2018 14:32 | HB..that is a chartist's wet dream!! share price is behaving itself perfectly looking at your chart. So 20p next wave up! ;@) | gymratt
01/7/2018 14:25 | Have to admit, I can’t see any major obstacle to the bod announcing financing at the same time the publish the bfs. They’ve been in talks for a long time and have a multitude of options on the table. Since the new cfo arrived and Kim capital were appointed, I’m sure they’ll have narrowed the options down to 1 or 2. | mr roper
01/7/2018 13:22 | cc - 'you are actually inferring that it is not in the best financial interests of the bod for the share price to rise at this point in time.' Charles - not at all. In fact the contrary! The Board are actively progressing negotiations for the finance of BKM - considering the potential dilution impact this will have on their existing holdings and share-options, then surely quite the reverse would be the case - since the potential dilution is likely to be far greater on their existing holdings at a low share price than the additional benefit from receiving further share options in lieu of another year's remuneration. | mount teide
01/7/2018 13:20 | Here it is in large size. Note the exponential way the price moves (eventually) after a capital raise. | horneblower
01/7/2018 13:17 | I agree HB. As long as the share price doesn't go below 10p for any significant length of time, the chart still looks pretty good to me. Copper has hopefully found support at $3 again as well, after what looks like a heavy shorting attack on its chart. | cyberbub |
