13/6/2005 10:55 | zooter11, "bust" is only one of the possible outcomes ("the Board...continues to explore other strategic options, now believes that it is appropriate to raise additional working capital"). It could raise more capital and soldier on or (the most likely IMHO) it could simply be swallowed by a competitor as IFTE was by Kidde and as I forecast way back on 9/2/04: With net assets of only £66k at the interims, such an outcome would hardly be a bonanza for shareholders but would at least mean a continuation of the business and employment for some staff. If the new CEO had his wits about him, he would have envisaged such a possibility and included appropriate compensation arrangements in his contract........ Regards, Ian | jeffian | |
