Took the 0.5p for my remaining 75k; no loss as "free" traded stock but wot a dog! Going to 0.1 - 0.2 I reckon. Nothing much left here to salvage.

Share price collapsing, so issuing new shares isn't an option. They either need to be taken over or raise finance from a bank and to get either they need definite orders... which they dont seem to have. Another fantastic Hoodless Brennan tip!

Its not looking rosy- is it ?

I had these in the bottom drawer- I think I might move them to the shreader "in tray".

They say they will need to rase further working capital, but who's going to buy into this?

We do seem to have solid support at 1p
LOL

Not only is someone nibbling away at the stock, they are paying little heed to the spread. Must be super confident?

zooter11,

"bust" is only one of the possible outcomes ("the Board...continues to
explore other strategic options, now believes that it is appropriate to raise
additional working capital"). It could raise more capital and soldier on or (the most likely IMHO) it could simply be swallowed by a competitor as IFTE was by Kidde and as I forecast way back on 9/2/04:

With net assets of only £66k at the interims, such an outcome would hardly be a bonanza for shareholders but would at least mean a continuation of the business and employment for some staff. If the new CEO had his wits about him, he would have envisaged such a possibility and included appropriate compensation arrangements in his contract........

i cannot believe that a new chief exec would come on board, weeks before the company went bust. The financial position must have been well known to him. Its just a matter of waiting for a new plan. (although it could be a long wait).
