Sale of Asset

The Board of Directors of the Company has become aware of the sale of substantially all of the assets of Bedfordbury, the Company’s largest asset, to which it has an indirect exposure through its Fund investments. The agreed price of the sale was marginally above the latest valuation attributed to the asset by the Company. All cash proceeds have been received by Bedfordbury, and it is anticipated that cash will be upstreamed to AGOL via its Fund investments during Q2 2018. The indirect exposure to Bedfordbury represents just over 32% of the Company’s NAV as at 31 December 2017.
