Yes I have no problem, trying to focus on my others but you
know when you just have unfinished business especially as
they have tried to be clever all along the way from 2015.

SRP the company I mentioned, SUFC Sheffield United, you may recall has been bought by an Arab Sheikh. I had no say in the matter, no vote, no offer to buy the shares, and despite 4 letters recently they will not communicate with me. I’ve written it off.

Good luck, but sometimes you just have to put it down to experience and move on.

I am fine, the losses have ensured no tax cgt charge.

But not right them thinking they can just stamp and cross peole
who have done nothing wrong, was told from a young age, be strong
but be careful who you cross, as sometimes the people you cross might
get the opportunity to right the wrong.

You do not say. I will hold mine so they will not have 100%,
for what it is worth. At least that will ensure if they relisted
in a number of years time I could be part of it. I stand to be corrected.

They could make it very easy, contact each remaining shareholder
( there will not be many left as he holds 75% and many would have sold
prior to the news re administrators ) and offer them 4p a share.

Thank you both, just holding and maybe try to cause as much trouble
as possible in the future as I am still a shareholder. MUI I feel will buy them.

I have shares in SUFC who delisted, not went into receivership/admin, and the only way to trade these is for my broker to let the market know that shares are available and see if anyone responds. Clearly I don’t understand the actual mechanics of how it works but that is the gist.
Two years later I’m still holding!!

Yes the company has been struggling since making £20m in 2015 and the
management led by Chairman bought Singapore white elephant left it empty
and then getting divorced. If they had put the £6m into the business instead of
spending it on lawyers things could have been different.

As at 10.00 aly have made announcment. They want buyer and shares cancelled from main market whatever that means as from today? Not all stores closing! They have something going on
